One must conduct a survey to find which legal practitioner or have firm of legal practitioners best serves one’s interests. Have much regard to;CompetencyGo for firms or legal practitioners with an established track record and has expect knowledge in the field in issue. AccessibilityAccessibility or availability of a legal practitioner is paramount. There is no point in engaging practitioner who is not readily available to you. FeesAll members are required to charge reasonable fees based on the LSZ Council approved tariff as it may be from time to time. The tariff is based on years of experience and complexity of work. Please ascertain the years of experience of your lawyer and ideally agree on fees before service is given. |
